Tracey is dedicated to the development of individuals, businesses and organizations. Her passion is to empower others to reach their highest potential and impact others around them. Her speaker/leadership training as well as her one-on-one coaching has influenced many to a path toward success.

Tracey’s passion is supporting leaders in finding their true voices and achieving greater balance, fulfillment and effectiveness in their lives and work. She specializes in working with ambitious, entrepreneurs or those looking to make career transitions or take their career to the next level who desire accountability and a sense of direction. She helps them to live more daring, passionate lives and create purpose-led careers.
In addition to her work with Tracey Freeman & Associates, she has owned and operated a very successful insurance agency for the past 14 years. Understanding the importance of goal setting, consistency, building relationships and perseverance has built the foundation for her business success.
Tracey authentically shares her personal journey of navigating through life’s ebb and flows. This is connected to her strong belief that, as leaders, “people will only go where you will”.
